Membership of the Association is open to any person engaged in chaplaincy in Civil Aviation who is interested in furthering the objectives of IACAC.
It is intended that everyone who is active as an Airport Chaplain would have full membership. Associate membership is intended for those who have an interest in airport chaplaincy but who are not chaplain but would like to have access to news about the Association's activities and events.
All new applications for full membership must be supported by evidence of appointment by a competent authority. Examples include any of the following. A member of the leadership of:
- The chaplaincy team
- The airport
- The person's denomination or religious organisation
The application process is:
- Fill in the website form on the next page, then follow the prompt to create a password for your user account.
- Look out for an email from IACAC asking for further details.
- All applications are subject to Board approval, following which membership will be confirmed and payment information will be included in the email informing you of this.
You will be asked to 'Allow Appearing in Directories'. Once you have a valid membership this means you will show in the Individuals Directory. This only shows your Name, Airport, Email, Phone Number, Employment Status & Religion/Belief. It does not include address, DOB or any other info you may have given us.
PLEASE NOTE: If your airport or associated organisation would like to pay for multiple memberships at once, please ask a suitable single-point-of-contact to use the contact us form (https://www.iacac.aero/pages/contact) to request this. Please do this only after each individual member has applied for a membership.
