We look forward to welcoming you to our annual conference 2025.
This year we are trialing holding the conference online and are looking forward to presentations from those who have overcome specific challenges and now hold high profile positions within aviation. There will be opportunities to discuss this and other material relevant to our chaplain role.
You do not need to be a member of the IACAC to attend the conference (although only members can vote at the Annual Business Meeting).

Wednesday 19th November
1900-2015 Session 1: Reflection time & IACAC Annual Business Meeting
2015-2100 Session 2: Discussion on videos from several industry leaders
Thursday 20th November
1900-2000 Session 3: Guest speaker on disaster response
2000-2100 Session 4: Scenarios discussion, networking plus hearing from Manchester (2026 conference)

Further details on sessions 2: There will be a video of interviews with several leading figures in the world of aviation. These will be available approximately 2 weeks before the conference for viewing ahead of time. During the online session we will split into groups to discuss:
What inspired you about the interviews?
What learning do we get about expectations of Airport Chaplains?
What excites and what scares you about new technologies and AI?
Two ideas per group on how we can connect more regularly with each other?
Further details on session 3: Kerryn Tiddy (Specialist in Business Continuity and Emergency response with Fly Dubai) will be giving a presentation and taking questions. Plus there will be some scenarios to discuss in groups. Before we close the conference, there will also be opportunity to hear about the exciting plans for our next in person conference - at Manchester in October 2026
