We look forward to welcoming you to our annual conference 2025. 

This year we are trialing holding the conference online and are looking forward to presentations from those who have overcome specific challenges and now hold high profile positions within aviation. There will be opportunities to discuss this and other material relevant to our chaplain role.

You do not need to be a member of the IACAC to attend the conference (although only members can vote at the Annual Business Meeting).

Further details on Wednesday's workshops : There will be a video of interviews with several leading figures in the world of aviation. During the online session we will split into groups to discuss:

  • Introduce yourself and a minute on your chaplaincy in your airport.
  • What were some of the similarities in their leadership journey?
  • Were there key themes in the challenges they face and what challenges do you face?
  • What excites you about your role?
  • Is there anything new that you heard about how chaplaincy can support leaders and staff?
  • What are the barriers you experience to accessing staff in your airport?
  • We are entering an exciting phase of technology and AI in airports what are you looking forward too?

Further details on Thursday's session : Kerryn Tiddy (Specialist in Business Continuity and Emergency response with Fly Dubai) will be giving a presentation and taking questions. Plus there will be some scenarios to discuss in groups. Before we close the conference, there will also be opportunity to hear about the exciting plans for our next in person conference - at Manchester in October 2026
