A Request from Munich Airport Chaplaincy

Dear colleagues of IACAC and at the airports worldwide,

I have a very special request for you today:
Munich Airport and with it the Chaplaincy are celebrating their 30th birthday this year!
On this occasion we want to tackle a project.

We would like to decorate the walls in front of our offices with pictures – pictures of many chapels, churches and prayer rooms in / at airports worldwide!

On Sunday, July 24th, the memorial day of St. Christopher, we want to celebrate our 30th anniversary with a religious service, a vehicle blessing and the official opening of the newly designed corridor. It will be wonderful for all the visitors to see the very different religious place at the airports worldwide.

So I kindly ask you to send us a picture or two of your religious room/rooms, which we can enlarge and print and frame. This requires that the images have a high resolution and good lighting.
Please send us these pictures individually as an e-mail up to a maximum of 15 megabytes – if they are larger or you would like to send several, please put them in a Dropbox and send us the link so that I can download them.

Please send the pictures or the link directly to me by June 15 at the latest:
Send E-Mail

Under each picture there should be an inscription, What the name of the room is and where at which airport this room can be found.
Could you please send this inscription as well.

Example:
Christophorus Chapel
Munich Airport – landside – Terminal 1 / central area

I would like to thank you in advance for your support and of course you will also receive pictures of the finished project.

Warm regards and kind greetings from Munich Airport
